Strawberries Tray

This little project was cheap and took so little time. I got the tray on clearance at Wal Mart (but they have them at Robert's and Joann's too) for 2$. The image is from a great blog that has free vintage images. I painted the tray, just a couple of layers so It didn't take too long to dry, then sanded all the edges with a medium coarse sand paper. Then Mod-podged the image that I printed. So cheap and so quick! I love it. It's going into my bedroom!

temporary hiatus

We moved a couple weeks ago, it was very sudden, and we don't have internet at our new place for another week. I've been busy with crafts and my new Big Shot! Check back in a week!

Scrapbooking

Sorry for the lack of posts! My baby was sick all week last week, and this week we're getting hardwood floors in. I haven't been doing much crafting, but I have been getting caught up on my scrapbook. I've done about 20 pages the last couple of weeks. I'm still a year and a half behind! I'm just getting to my brother's wedding from August 2007! I was always on top of my scrapbook, waiting for events and pictures to put in, then once I had my kids, that all went down the drain! I got close to catching up last year when I was pregnant. I couldn't sleep at night so I'd stay up and scrapbook! I have many ideas for crafts brewing up in my brain, hopefully I'll get some time soon to get to them and share all the fun!

Card Class

Tomorrow morning I'm teaching a card making class.

Too cute!

My mom found these adorable cupcakes at Tai Pan Trading! They are so cute! They are ceramic, and the tops come off. I have no idea what their practical function is, but they are just so much fun!  I love seeing all the fun things like this that my mom get!

Card

With my card making lately, I can't seem to get away from green and purple.  This is purple is 'Rich Razzleberry' I love the color, but It's been tricky for me to get it to work, but I love it here!
